What are the As-Built BIM Model and the BIM Ready Model?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The BIM model<\/strong> is a Digital Twin of the object, containing the data structure of information of each modelled element.<\/p>

The BIM Ready Model<\/strong>\u00a0 is a spatial model ready to have descriptive information inserted into individual elements.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Because we create our BIM models using 3D laser scanning, extremely high accuracy is achieved, which allows the models to be used throughout the entire life of the building.<\/p>

By specifying the detail for a given BIM model, considerable cost and time savings can be achieved. The LOD specification is set during data collection because it determines the point cloud density required to build a BIM model. Our real-time BIM models accommodate all the graphical as well as non-graphical information according to client needs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
